Refund Policy (IT Services)
As an IT service provider, IQDev allocates time, planning, technical resources,
and development effort immediately after a project is initiated.
Therefore, once payment is made and the project has started,
NO REFUND shall be provided under any circumstances.
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The project has not been initiated
- No development, design, planning, or analysis has started
- No technical resources have been allocated to the project
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation only before project initiation.
Once the project has been assigned to developers, designers, or technical staff,
or any work has begun, cancellation will not be accepted.
Cancellation is NOT accepted if:
- Any part of the project work has started
- Design or development has been initiated
- Technical analysis or planning has begun
- Resources have been deployed
- Any milestone work is completed or in progress
Service Delivery Timeline
All services from IQDev — including software development, web development,
app development, automation, and digital solutions — are delivered according to
the agreed project scope and proposal.
Delivery timelines depend on:
- Project size and complexity
- Third-party API/hosting dependencies
- Client’s timely feedback and content
- Technical challenges or revisions requested
IQDev shall not be liable for delays caused due to incomplete client inputs,
delayed communication, server issues, or external technical limitations.
Support & Maintenance
Support and maintenance services are provided as per the selected plan.
New features, redesigns, and enhancements beyond the defined scope
will be charged separately.
