These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products and services of IQ Dev Software Solutions ("IQ Dev", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

IQ Dev provides software design and development, mobile application development, a school management ERP, business automation, integrations, data migration, ID-card printing and related support and maintenance services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, quotation or agreement.

2. Use of the website

  • You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access to any systems.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you and for all activity under your account.

3. Quotations and fees

Fees for services are as stated in the applicable proposal or order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quotations are valid for the period stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms and milestones are defined in the relevant agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals and any content or access required to deliver the services.
  • Ensuring you have the rights to any materials or data you provide to us.
  • Where you use our ERP, ensuring lawful use of the platform and any data you enter into it.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, and the software, tools and frameworks we use to deliver services, remain the property of IQ Dev or its licensors. Ownership of custom deliverables is transferred as set out in the applicable agreement, typically upon full payment. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide.

6. Third-party services

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers (for example payment, messaging, hosting or map services). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQ Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services. Our total liability arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secure and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. We may suspend or restrict access to the website or services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to any different dispute-resolution terms in a signed agreement.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
